Show FIRST DISTRICT COURT. Business Transacted on Monday and Tuesday. On Monday, May 25, court lesumed session, when Francis Hanks, James Hanks, David Evans, natives of England, Eng-land, and Ephraini Rasmussen, native of Norway, were admitted to citizen -ship. The motion to retax costs in the case of Eliza Smith vs. Peter A. Smith was overruled. In the case of Sarah Shoebridge vs. Joseph A. Thompson, Mary A. Thompson Thomp-son was appointed guardian ad litem for Maud Thompson. In the case of Mary A. Oberhansel vs. Ferdinand Oberhansel, a divorce was granted with property and $25 attorney at-torney fees and custody of the children. chil-dren. A divorce was granted in the case of George Proctor vs. Elizabeth Proctor. Proc-tor. In the case of Isabella Shanks vs. James D.
