Maiben, returned missionary, occupied the time at the tabernacle in a very interesting recital of his experiences in the southern states and of the progress being made there by the messengers carrying the gospel of Christ. Mr. Maiben's report i was favorable. He spoke at the Fourth ward meeting-house in the evening.
