Show PROBATE NJTICE IN THK PROBATE Court, in aid for Utah county, territory of Utah In ;be matter of the estate of John E. Hills, e'eceased. Order appointng time and place for settlement settle-ment of final aciount and to hear petition for distribution. On reading aid tiling the petition of E. L. Jo-es administrator of the estate of John E Hills, deceased, setting forth that he has tiled his final I account of his administration administra-tion upon said state in this court, that all the debts, luneial expenses and taxes have been fully paidand that a portion ot said estate es-tate remains ts be divided among the heirs of the said decea;d, and praying among other things for an oider allowing-said final account and of distribution and partition of the residue resi-due ot said esta e among.the persons entitled. It is ordered ttit all persons interested in the estate of the ;aid John E. Hills deceased, be and appear! before the probate court ol the county olUtah.at the court room of said court, in the ccunty courthouse, on the lltth day of May, at 10 o'clock a. m.. then and there to show cause why an order allowing said final account and of distribution and partition par-tition should not be made of the residue of said estate among the heirs and devises of tbe said John E. Hills, deceased, according to law. It is further ordered that the clerk cause notices to be posted in three public places in Utah countv. and a copy of this order or-der to be published in The Dispatch, a newspaper primed and circulated in Utah county, four weeks successively prior to said 19th day of May, 1894.
