Each were bound over in the sum of $250 to await the action of the grand jury for burglarizing burg-larizing the tithing office on Thursday night. Their names are, James Dell, David Barnett, Edward Pepper and David Lant Jr. They are a gang of youths who have respectable parents but who prefer to "batch it" and live on stolen chickens, etc. Messrs.
