Show MARSHAL'S SALE PURSUANT TO A decree of foreclosure and order of Bale to me directed by the First Judicial istrict court of the territory of ITtah, I shall expose at public sale, at the front door of the county courthouse, in the city of Provo, county of Utah and territory of Utah, on the 23rd day of February 1894. at 12 o'clock m., all the right, title, claim and interest of Joseph S. Bonny of, in and to che following described real tstate situnte, lying and being in Utah territory terri-tory Utah county.and described as follows to-wit: to-wit: Commencing 5H rods north of the southeast south-east corner of lot 1, block 35, plat A'' Spring-ville Spring-ville citv survey of building lots, thence north 5 rods, thence west 8K rods, thence south rods, thence east 8M rods, containing an area of forty-eight (48) square rods more or less. Also one half interest in all that certain piece or parcel of land situated in Springville aforesaid and bounded and described as follows: fol-lows: Commencing at the north-east corner of lot 1, block twelve (12), plat "A", Springville Spring-ville survey of building lots in section 33, township 6eveo ("1, south of range three f 3 1 east of Salt Lak Meridian; thence west 113 feet, thence south 27 feet, thence east 103 feet, thence north 27 feet to the place of beginning, together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belongirg, or in anywise appertaining.
