Show SUMMONS. In the Justice's Courtof Vineyard Vine-yard Precinct, Utah county. Territory of Utah. Bel ore Chas. O, Craig. Justice of the Peace. John N, Clark, plaintiff, vs. John Doe, delendant. To John Doe, whose name is otherwise unknown, un-known, defendant. You are hereby requested to appear before this court on the 8th day of February, A. D. 1894, at 10 o'clock a, m. of said day to answer a complaint filed against you, wherein said plHint'tf claims the sum of $3 00 damages caused by your animals trespassing on his premises at. Vineyard, Utah county. Said animals are described as toliows, to-wit: One gray horse nine years eld, brauded on left thigh, A One bay horse eight years old, branded on left thigh. f One bay horse ten years ola, no brands visible. vis-ible. And you are hereby notified that if you fail to appear and answer said complaint, at the time and place aforesaid, judgment will he taken against you for 33.00 the amount of said damage, the cost of keeping said animals and the costs of this suit.
