Hewitt Energy and Freedom Oil & Gas are Utah based corporations. We have been acquiring mineral leases in the Sanpete Valley since 1995. We originated the geological concepts that inspired the recent leasing activities and will be actively involved in the drilling and identification of reserve pools that may exist through our valleys. Utah is our home. Many of us have roots in Sanpete Valley and we want to protect our pristine lands as much as you do. We want to prudently develop oil and gas for the benefit of the people of Utah in an environmentally responsible way. We are also very aware of the issues surrounding the springs and water wells, from which this valley derives its life, and we are closely working with the local Water Boards and others, to ensure a long term protection of this lifeblood resource. Any representation made by any third party Company, stating that we have entered into operating agreements, or have sold our acreage positions to competitors, is not true.
