Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah 84036 The Town of Hideout hereby provides notice pursuant to Utah Code § 1136a-502 and Utah Code § 11-36a-504 of its intent to: (1) adopt an Impact Fee Facilities Plan; and (2) adopt an Impact Fee Enactment. An Impact Fee is the payment of money imposed upon new development activity as a condition of development approval and is used to mitigate the impact of the new development on public infrastructure.
