The board enjoyed a day of getting to know each other better and working hard to get the year 2010 underway. One of the items of business that was discussed was the new Chamber Nation Program purchased by the Chamber. This program is designed to assist the board in membership management, financial management, event planning, committee management, calendar and newletter management, just to name a few. The most important part of the package, however, is the member benefits. This program gives each Chamber Member an informational website. The Chamber has paid for this website option for each member; the website may be upgraded by the member for an online store and has other options available. Another benefit is the member networking, marketing and advertising management options for the member business. This program is a great way to get your name out in the public. The Chamber will be working witti the members to get them up and running on the system. For more information, contact Chamber Director Cary Hanks at 801-798-8352. We appreciate the support of the City of Spanish Fork and Bill Summers for helping us to provide a great day for our board. As we move forward into 2010, we are reminded daily of the service of others and the need to work together towards a common goal of prosperity and opportunity in our business community. Helping us to get our message out to our businesses and the community are the Spanish Fork Sentinel, The Spanish Fork Press and SFCN's Channel 17, we would like to thank them for all that they do to help promote business in Spanish Fork and Salem.
