Show Guardian of Your Community News WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2009 • A5 Milestone Weddings Larkin, Minson Price, Davis Greg and Dette Sellers are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Whittney Price to Drew Davis, son of Judy and the late Duane Davis, on Aug. 14, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. Everyone is cordially invited to attend a reception that evening held in their honor from 6-8 p.m. at the Sellers residence, 8000 south Black Hawk Drive, Idaho Falls, Idaho. An open house will be held on Aug. 15, from 6-8 p.m. at the Davis Ranch, Salem. The couple will make their first home in Pleasant Grove. They are registered at Bed Bath and Beyond and Target. Lance and Becky Larkin of Salt Lake City are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter. Heather, to Kyle Minson. Kyle is the son of Mark and Keri Minson of Salem. They will be married on Thursday, Aug. 13, in the Draper Utah Temple. They will be honored at a reception that evening from 6-8:30 p.m. at Le Jardin, 1910 East 10600 South. Sandy. Heather is a graduate of East High School, and is a senior at the University of Utah, studying family consumer science. She served a mission for the LDS church in Sofia, Bulgaria. She is the granddaughter of Vivian McKay of Salt Lake City, and the late Richard McKay and Max and Bettye Larkin of Salt Lake City. Kyle is a graduate of Spanish Fork High School, and a sophomore at UVU, studying English/secondary education. He also served a mission for the LDS church in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is the grandson of Ross and Karen Minson, of Pocatello, Idaho, and Bob and Ruth Wells, of Montpelier, Idaho. They will make their first home in Pleasant Grove. of Caracao. Annie has been attending Utah Valley University majoring in elementary education. She is employed in the Cardiology Department at Central Utah Clinic. Josh is attending Utah Valley University majoring in biotechnology and is employed at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. He served in the Thailand Bangkok Mission. Annie and Josh will make their home in Provo while they further their education. The children of Marvin (Sam) and Janice Clayson extend an invitation to all friends and family to join them in celebrating their parent's 50th wedding anniversary, Monday, Aug. 17 from 6-9 p.m. at the Lake Shore Pavilion, 5916 South Robbie Nielsen in America was like. Spanish Fork American Legion Unit 68 Larsen, Hales Lynn and Sharon Hales of Spanish Fork, Utah are pleased to announce the marriage of their son, Jordan Hales, to Karen Larsen, daughter of Lynn and Patty Larsen of Orem, Utah. They will be married in the Salt Lake Temple on August 15, 2009. Jordan is a graduate of Spanish Fork High School. He served an LDS mission 3200 West, Lake Shore. Their children are Dana (Lars) Woolsey of Payson, Blake (Sandy) Clayson of Lake Shore, Stacy Glause of Benjamin and Sam (Suzie) Clayson of Lake Shore. The couple requests no gifts, just your presence. Young Woman Robbie Ann Nielsen, daughter of Sterling and Lori Nielsen and the granddaughter of Paul and Emma Larsen and Ruthann Nielsen, has completed her Young Womanhood Award. She. spent time reading scriptures, giving service and learning skills for her future. One of her favorite projects was hosting a Japanese exchange student. She introduced him to her friends, took him to Temple Square and spent a lot of time showing him what being a teenager Gordon, Steenstra Brad and Jan Gordon of Salem announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Annie, to Joshua Steenstra, son of Alex and Kathy Steenstra of Yuma, Ariz, on Friday, Aug. 14 in the Provo Temple. Annie is the granddaughter of Keith and Beth Gordon of Lake Shore and Dorothy and the late Von Walker of Lewisville, Idaho. Josh is the grandson of Ted and the late Betty Rae Larson of Leland and Jan Steenstra of the Netherlands and Dini Van Her Hins of the Island Marvin and Janice Clayson in Birmingham, England. Jordan is currently attending Utah Valley University. In the spring he will graduate with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Karen graduated from Orem High School. She is currently in the nursing program at Utah Valley University. Jordan and Karen will make their home in Spanish Fork, Utah. The American Legion Unit 6 8 is having their pot luck and steak fry party. It will begin at 6 p.m. on Aug. 1 2 .
