On Oct. 31, 2008 at 10:43 p.m. officers were dispatched to a domestic violence incident. Upon arrival officers found that the suspect "Kevin" Pankajkaran Kataria had left the residence, which had given the victim time to call 911. Officers found that the suspect had been living with the victim, a 51-yearold female from Spanish Fork for the past month.
