'Thank goodness they gave us a month to work out, because coming off the mission I was really out of shape," Rawle said. Rawle made the team as a freshman in 2003 and was able to gain experience in his first two seasons with UVSC. As a junior Rawle was able to draw on the experience he had gained and contribute to the team. Now as a senior, Rawle has become the leader of the team. "The guy's kind of look to you even though you might not have all the answers," Rawle said. With Rawle's senior season now winding down, he looks to finish strong and help prepare the younger guys for next season. Due to the number of freshman on this year's team, the Wolverines have an optimistic outlook for the future. Rawle has done his job to help the team this year and lay the foundation for the future. "We have a lot of red shirt freshman who will wrestle next year," Rawle said. "Our team is a great group of guys with a great work ethic." With Rawle's example in his senior year and the slew of talent returning, the Wolverines look to have a strong program for years to come.
