known for his energy and hard work He was a dedicated athlete He believed in education and excellence in every undertaking He was devoted to his family His efforts to keep his family connected to 30 1951 They for 46 wonderful years Warren grew up in Salt Lake City As a youth he was active in Boy Scouts earning his Eagle Award He graduated from East High School in 1943 At that time he enlisted in the Air Force and served until 1946 He attained the rank of Staff Sergeant in 3505 AAF Base Unit as a Bombardier Radio Operator Upon Honorable Discharge from the military he started his own carpet business He later joined his father Sidney Mulcock in the construction and appraisal business in Salt Lake City Later he managed his own appraisal business for many years He also owned and managed a sporting goods store called "Action Sports" He served as National President of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers in 1979 and wds currently serving on the National Board Warren had many interests and hobbies Fishing was at the top of the list where he spent many hours fishing at Fish Lake during his youth and later at his summer home at "The Gorge" Golf came second to fishing Warren was a charter member of the "Troops" at Glenmore Golf Course In his spare time he became a true artist of the art of Cross Stitch and completed many memorable works that his family and friends
