Here is the exciting schedule for the weekend of August 18— 20. Wolf Creek Resort will be the balloon launch area followed by a pancake breakfast each morning starting at 7:00 a.m. An evening concert will be held on Friday featuring Shades of Grey and the Kapp Brothers on Saturday evening. The concerts are free, and there is plenty of parking on site. The Ogden Rescue Mission will have a food booth with grilled foods and beverages, or patrons are welcome to pack and bring their own picnic at no charge. Huntsville Town Park is the location for all the artist booths, antique cars exhibits, and kids’ bouncy house type attractions along with an incredible line-up of great musical talent that will be present Chris’ Restaurant in Huntsville will host all the craft and commercial booths; great musical talent will also be presented. The activities in Huntsville Town Park and at Chris’ Restaurant will be held on Friday from noon to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Musical Artists Gary Kelso from the band Shades of Grey has volTis} sd P ea ; sified musicians to perform during the Balloon Festival. You will want to consider taking your folding chairs and spending a lot of time at Huntsville Chris’ Restaurant listening to the following musicians and groups during the day. Acoustic Revival (Bluegrass/Celtic), Aspen Strings (Classical), Blue Sage (Traditional Bluegrass), Coyote Moon (Traditional Country Western), Dan Williams, Frosty McWilliams, Full Circle Band & Jeff Coates, Katie Hall (Vocalist), Michael “Boots” Robinson (Country Western/Poetry), Ogden Valley Chamber Orchestra (Strings), Saddle Strings (Traditional Country), Shinny Boot Boys (Country Western), Taylor and the Boys (Country Western), The Drifter and Miss Judy, The Jack Wright Band, Washington Heights Gospel Singers (Gospel Music), and Weber State Ballroom Dancers. You and your friends will really enjoy this array of musical talent performing for your listening leasure. Don’t miss it!
