The young driver then flashed her lights, honked the horn and flipped off the complainant. Suspect vehicle followed the complainant so closely that the headlights couldn't be seen and upon passing the driver flipped her off again. Drivers with no patience often resorl to road rage when they encounter situations not to their liking, as demonstrated in this case. Two males were transported to the Summit County jail after theft of merchandise in two Kimball Junction area shires. They were charged with taking a total of approximately $700.00 worth of merchandise. Forgery charges were filed after two checks did not clear a local market place. Investigations was looking into the matter. An officer shipped by a vehicle on 224 that did not have any license plates.
