Page A7 The Summit County Bee October 22, 1999 Ballet West Celebrates Beginning of Nutcracker Season Tickets for Ballet West's al-holiday production of William Christensen's the Nutcracker go on sale to the general public Saturday, Oct. 23, at 9 a.m. In celebration of this event, the Capitol Theatre will be brimming with celebrities, activities and free treats for early-bir- d ticket buyers at the ArtTix Box Office. "Attending The Nutcracker has become such a family tradition we want to make the first day of ticket sales an especially fun time for families, as we kick off the season," explains Ballet West Marketing Director John Roake. From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., KSFI Radio will be broadcasting live from the lobby of the Capitol Theatre, 30 West 200 South. They invite you to Join them for treats and festivities as they help kick off the beginning of tradition- The Nutcracker season. KSFI also invites their listeners to tune into FM 100 beginning Monday, October 18. and find out how they can win a family package for four tickets to the opening night performance of The Nutcracker. Renderings of Santa's Nutcracker Fantasy' by Studio Artefact Creative Decor will be on display in the Theatre's lobby from 9 a.m. till 12 ntxin. The ZCMI Mall will unveil its new holiday decor to the general public on Nov. 26. In celebration of the holiday unveiling, the ZCMI Mall w ill be offering a drawing for a all-ne- Fantasy.
