Beat in eggs, vanilla, and mace. Gradually beat In 1 cup of the flour, and then work in the remainder until dough is smooth. Form into a ball and cover with foil or plastic wrap, and place in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. When dough Is thoroughly chilled, press It out Into a flat circle on a lightly floured surface. Then roll out 116 Inch thick. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutter. Place cookies on ungreased mixture. Top with sugar baking sheets and brush with sprinkles.
