Show THE INTERMOUNTAIN CATHOLIC League of the Sacred Heart The regular monthly meeting of the'Pro-moter- s of the League of the Sacred Heart was held on Sunday, August 29th, at the Cathedral residence. Mrs. L. M. Crawford, Presi-- t dent, presided at the meeting. Father Keefe read the opening prayers and spoke on the intention of the month, Increased Devotion He also requested to the Blessed Sacrament. the Promoters to send a list ofr the names and correct addresses of the members of their bands to the secretary at their earliest convenience. This will aid greatly in making a complete census of the Cathedral parish. The. Promoters are happy to welcome Mrs. J. J. LaBranche asa new Promoter. A card expressing the appreciation of the Reverend. Father Maguire for the sympathy extended to him in his recent sorrow was read for the Promoters. An invitation has been extended Father Maguire to attend one of our meetings in the near future and tell us of his experiences during his recent visit at Lourdes and Lisieux. Monsignor Hunt and Father Fries conducted the Holy Hour devotions on the First Friday. These devotions are held at eight p. m. and it is hoped that during the coming winter months all who possibly can will attend. The president is in receipt of a letter from our Right Reverend Bishop, John J. Mitty and will be held on the evening of October 19th. Arrangements for the reception are now being made under the direction of Mrs. Arthur H. S. Bird, President of the League, and Mrs. John C.
