The bride is the daughter of Jill and Stewart Mortensen of Roosevelt and Brent and Cheiyl Birchell of Vernal. She is a 1996 graduate of Union High. She received an associates degree from Snow College in 1998. Jan is currently employed as an orthodontic assistant at Wright Orthodontics in Vernal. The groom is the son of Shanna and Adam Angel of Morton, Washington and Van and Wendy Hadlock ofVernal. He is a 1996 graduate of Indian Hills High in Calabasas, California. Jason is currently employed by Lexco and plans to attend Utah State University.
