Angie Evana of Arcadia spent a few days in Preston, Idaho with her daughter Julie and her husband Warren Nelson. Julie had a baby girl and named her Mariesa. Little Marissa has two brothers to welcome her home: Tyler and Ryan. Some of the children of Jim and Dianne Freston of Arcadia were home over this last weekend: Lana Duke of Roosevelt, and Jason and Jamie Swan of Logan and their two girls, Susie and Rebecca. Two other grandchildren also visited with them. Venla Gee was hostess to the Duchesne Friendship Club on Tuesday, Sept. 1. She served dessert then the club members played Bin-g- o for an hour. There were 10 6 Rachel Roberts came home for a visit from her work as a nanny for a family in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, on Thursday, August 27, and returned to New Jersey to resume her work on Saturday, September 12. While she was here she was able to visit with her friends and family members. The annual Fort Bridger Rendezvous has become quite an attraction for many people who eqjoy seeing and participating in activities ofthe 0 era. RENDEZVOUS The Labor Day Weekend was one full of activity for many of the Bluebell Community families and members of their families. The annual Fort Bridger Rendezvous took place on Saturday and Sunday where a large number of people from our area traveled to participate. Mother and daughter visited until Thursday, September 10th, then returned to their home in Logan. The Howard and Maxine Todd family congregated at their family home in Bluebell over the Labor Day Weekend with involvement with various activities: The celebration of the Todds 45th wedding anniversary of September 17th was held with all thirty family members in attendance at a special breakfast held at the Todd's home. Tlie family groups attended the Gregory and Michelle Todd's Roosevelt 4th Ward on Sunday, September 6 , to see their second son, Tyson, ordained to the priesthood, and their oldest son, Brandon, receive his Eagle Scout badge and award at a Court of Honor held that evening. Bryan Todd, grandson of Howard and Maxine Todd was injured by breaking his wrist as he participated in touch football during his physical education class at school. ice cream party was enjoyed last week by many East Elementary students. The invitation SWEET REWARD-A-n to the party was the completion of a summer reading program. Students were required to read 25 books during the summer. Any outside reading done by students helps them to improve their reading skills.
