Jenkins Woodard passed away peacefully at the Hermiston Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Hermiston, Oregon, Wednesday, Sept. 3, 1998. Inna was born Jan 28, 1920 in Upalco, Utah, to Jesse L. and Minnie A. Carrell Pectol. On July 6, 1937, she married Clarence W. Woodard in Vernal, Utah. They were sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 30, 1948. Our mom Inna was a devoted, caring wife, mother, and grandmother. She helped Dad develop farms in Pleasant Valley, Utah; Eltopia, Washington; Myton, Utah; and Ibapah, Utah. In 1991, they moved to Boardman, Oregon, to be near their two daughters. Everyone who knew Mom will remember her for her warm hospitality, sweet sincerity and her wonderful d meals. No one ever left her home hungry. She loved to dance, loved uplifting literature, loved all nature, and loved serving others. She served as teacher, counselor and president of the Primary, Young Womens and Relief Society organizations in the LDS Church. She is survived by her daughters, Betty (Orrin) Smith ofCheney, Washington and LaRae (Jack) Poe of Boardman, Oregon; sisters, Lillian Mecham of Klamath Falls, Oregon; Zada Nelson of Salt Lake City, Utah; Lavena Howard ofFields Landing, California; and brother Fon (Florence) Pectol of Roosevelt; 13 grandchildren, 37 and two Clifton Dean Jenkins, 40, died Tuesday, September 8, 1998 in Ogden, Utah of injuries sustained in an auto accident He was bom January 7, 1958 in Bremmerton, Washington toClifton Wayne and Veretta Opal Gomm Jenkins. On November 2, 1983, Dean married Cynthia Ann Lindsay in the Jordan River Temple. During his life he lived in Washington State, Hawaii, Okinawa, Idaho, Wyoming and Utah, having had many wonderful friends in all of these places. He was a member of the LDS Church Stoddard Ward and had served a mission to Nova Scotia, Canada. He was a graduate of Morgan High School and received an associate degree from Weber State College in diesel mechanics. He was bom April 12, 1930 in Fort Duchesne to Fred and Nellie Pigeon Mart He married Barbara Poowegup in Fort Duchesne. Felix was a traditional man, he liked the Bear Dance and danced in the Sun Dance many years. He enjoyed Paw Wows, hunting, fishing, and taking care of horses, when he was younger he participated in rodeos. He really enjoyed his kids and grandkids. He was a Veteran ofthe US Army and served in the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of Whiterocks; Children, Stewart (Dellana) Mart, Elliot Mart, Lex Mart, Marcus Mart, Alta (Calvin) Mart, Felicia Mart, Leavis Mart, all of Whiteroclu; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Rose Johnson, Whiterocks and Emma Sireech of Yellowstone Subdivision.
