Buchanan, OfRooeevelt, Utah, an pleased to announce the marriage oftheir daughter, Michelle, to Scott M. Bawden, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael W. Bawden of Ephraim, Utah. The couple will be married March 12, 1988 in the Manti Temple in a ceremony performed by Scotts Grandfather, Marwood W. Bawden. A reception will be held that evening in Ephraim. The couple will farther be honored at a reception to be held Friday, March 18, in the Roosevelt Stake Center. Michelle graduated from Union High School and Roosevelt Seminary in 1986. She was active in Drama, a member of the Couga-rett- e Drill Team for three years, and was President of the Drill Team her Senior year. She will graduate from Ephraim LDS Institute in May, 1988. She has served as Relief Society President in her college ward for the past year. Scott graduated from Manti High School and Manti Seminary in 1984. He was active in baseball, football, basketball and track. He graduated from Ephraim IDS Institute in May, 1987. Scott also fulfilled an IDS Miasion to Finland. The Bride and Groom will graduate from Snow College in June, 1988. AVOID ERRORS Tax returns are rolling in and the IRS has identified some common problems to avoid when preparing your tax return. Another item to review carefiilly is the standard deduction. Several taxpayers, who do not itemise deductions, are forgetting to take their correct standard deduction. Last year it was built into the tax tables and was not a separate line item. The IRS asks taxpayers to pay special attention to this area. The final problem that delays processing and refunds the most is math errors. The IRS suggest you check and recheck addition, subtraction and multiplication to in- 2210F, Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Farmer and Fishermen, with their name and social security number at the top of tiie form and the words Farm Waiver at the bottom right-han- d side. The rest of Form 2210F should be left blank.
