She later worked at the Roosevelt hospital until she retired, then moved to Salt Lake. At the time of her death Inez Anna Peterman Hackford, 72, of Roosevelt, died Jan. 13, 1981 in a Roosevelt hospital She was born April 9, 1908 in Gremmont, South Dakota to Frank and Mary Jane Mantz Peterman. She married Elmer J. Pete" Hackford July 10, 1930 in Duchesne. He died March 25, 1963. Mrs. Hackford is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Floyd (Eleanor) Lyons of Altonah; eight grandchildren and and a eight brother, Arthur Peterman, Salt Lake City. She was preceded in death by a son, Marion Arthur. Funeral services were held January 17 in the Olpin Mortuary. Burial was in the Gusher Cemetery. she was living with her granddaughter, Shirley Nygard and her husband. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints. Survivors are ' four daughters, Virginia Fenn, Ouray; Venice Croy and Ardilh Shea. Salt Lake; and Gladys Cox, Kearns. Two brothers, Newell Miles, Wyoming, and Barth Miles, St. George; two sisters, t'earl Shaffer, Vernal, and Corilla Bybee, Salt. Lake, 19 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, and three also survive. Funeral services were held Jan. 17 at the Olpin Mortuary with burial in the Roosevelt Memorial Park. J. Sax Jacqueline Lee Sax, 18, of Salt Lake, died Sunday, Jan. 18, from injuries received in an automobile accident in Parley's Canyon. She was born May 11, 1962 in Salt Lake to Richard David and Deone Fisher Sax. Miss Sax is survived by her father of Salt Lake; mother and Deone and Max Lewis, Salt Lake; and grandmothers Lois Fisher and Virginia Sax, both Salt Lake. The Trustors have failed to pay the installments of $8,697.00 due for the month of July, 1979 and has failed to pay all subsequent monthly installments. The Trustee and Beneficiary has accelerated the Promissory Note and has declared the entire principal and accrued interest due and payable and the Trustors have failed to pay said Promissory . Promissory Note has an unpaid amount of $40,165.51 together with interest from June 24, 1980 ot the rate of 11 per annum, together with costs of this Note.
