By RICHARD SHAW Staff reporter The Helper City Council met in their regular meeting last Thursday evening at their new meeting place, the Helper Auditorium, and one of the main topics of discussion was the connect-in- g of the Helper Parkway with the countys trail system in While some thought that the route had beenplanned already, the question of right of way on some properties that the route would cross came into question.
