He was a kind and AUGUSTE PALERME August 26, 1925 September Auguste Palerme, bom August 26, 1925 in St. Etienne, France to Auguste and Marie, was called to our loving Father on September 16, 2001. He was a member of the French Foreign Legion as a paratrooper. He came to . America in 1959 and lived in New York, working as a cook. Later that year he moved to Bakersfield, California, where he worked on a dairy farm. A few years later, he moved to Montrose, Colorado, where he became a sheep herder. He also worked at Green River, Utah for a man named Charlie Hughes. He met a long-tim- e friend, Fermin Marycunena, and they both became foremen. In 1977 he met the love of his life, Barbara Martinez and her five children, whom he called his own. After three .years, they married on March 14, 1981. In 1982 he took his family to Worland, WY. The events to look forward to in October are the early Christmas Party on the 10th; a possible trip to Cortez on the 15th; Bingo on the 19th; and a possible Halloween party with Blanding here on the 31st. things she accomplished monthly at the Center.
