TRAVEL: It was necessary to estimate the travel, 17 cars and 47 people, for the month, due to the fact that the snow made the Windows road impassable. ROADS: The road into the Windows was passable until December 11th, after which time snow made the trip hazardous. Grand County completed maintenance work on the road from Valley City through Salt Valley, and it is now in passable condition. NATURAL BRIDGES NATIONAL MONUMENT: No inspection was made at this area during the month due to stormy weather.
