hock spend his time weeping chicago johann haa collapsed the convicted wife who all through his trial seemed to regard the charge against him as a joke and its possible outcome a matter ot no consequence seems now to realize for the first time the situation in which he Is placed he spent tho greater part of saturday in bis cell weeping and at times his sobs were audible throughout the greater part ot the fall ilia lamentations brought scant sympathy from his fellow prisoners who jeered at him and constant ly urged him to brace up and die like a man several persons called dur ing the day but cioch would not fallt to them for more than a minute at time he walked constantly up and down his cell heaping malediction upon courts juries and the police when he ceased this he would sit down bury his face in his hands and weep he asserts that be was not properly convicted because the three car barn murderers were found guilty in forty alve minutes and he was con evicted in less than thirty minutes
