canyon to hunt with the exception exception exception ex- ex ex ex- of a daughter Bonnie and her daughter Suzanne of Salt Lake City who remained to visit with her folks The hunters Moyle Christensen bringing down six deer before returning home Sunday Spending several days this week at the home of Lenn and Louise Jensen are a son Max and his wife Janice Jaice and daughter daugh daugh- ter Amy of Moab Another son Brent and wife wile Mary came Friday and visited until Monday in Ephraim Brent and Max went hunting in Ephraim canyon while here Mr and Mrs Fayben Larsen recently spent a week in Salt Lake City visiting with their sisters and husbands Mr and Mrs Howard Larsen and Mr and Mrs Bernard Nielson They also visited in Tooele with their daughters and husbands Col and Mrs Val Halgren and Mr and Mrs Wayne Robins 44 h Webley Peterson reports that the deer are mighty scarce this year the fewest he has seen In 40 years However he says the mountains are still very green with feed probably the Sparks and her daughter Mrs Alburn Album Lyon visited In northern Utah last week with Harold and Pauline Madsen of Tooele and with Mr and Mrs Don Sparks in Grants Grants- ville Don and his wife brought their mother and sister home Friday and remained to hunt during the weekend They were successful In getting their deer before returning home Miss Molly Bartholomew was in Ephraim m to spend the weekend with her parents Mr and Mrs Glen Bartholomew returning to her work in Salt Lake City on Sunday Spencer and Lucile Luclle Olsen visited visited visited vis vis- in Denver last week for several days with their son Steven and his wife wile Joyce who have recently transferred to that area in their work Mr and Mrs Jay Jensen are enjoying the company of ofa a niece Karen of Kearns this winter while she attends Snow College They had a very pleasant ant visit with Billy Green Saturday when he came to Ephraim to visit with friends after alter his return re return return re- re turn the previous week from the tle French Mission Elder Green brought good reports of the Jensens Jensen's son David who Is also In France and of the good work he Is accomplishing there The news wasn't all Wood and daughter of ful The visitors found two nice buck in New Canyon during their hunt from Friday until Tuesday Visitors at the home of Mr and Mrs Coy were Mrs sister-in-law sister Mrs Ted Crisp and two children children chil chil- dren Carl and Carla of Salt Lake City and her father Mr George Crisp of Spring City A daughter Mary Ann also came to spend the weekend with her folks from her work
