| Show Stars All-Stars Invade Snow Gym Friday Snow College basketball will contribute Its share to the Thanksgiving holiday activity The Badgers will host the Utah State University stars all-stars In a game Friday night at 8 in Snow gym The stars all-stars are former college players who are now attending Utah State They have been assembled by Randy Moore The alumni are sponsoring the game ff f- f 1 f p 4 J j fr DIXIE LEE GORDON It lt will give Coach Gary Bliss Blissa a further opportunity to see his squad in action before they go on the road He got his first opportunity Monday night when the varsity beat an alumni team 90 In the game with the alumni Bliss gave his top 10 players about equal pl playing ying time He started Richard Kemp and Dean Nelson at forward Dave Borup In the post and Kay Miles Mlles and Vic Dem Demman man at guard However he soon started moving forwards David Olsen and James Nelson center Elden Olsen and guards D Dale Daje le Richards and Craig Swenson into the fray on an individual basis Mi Miles es claimed high point honors with 17 17 Kemp was next with 16 and Swenson got 12 The alumni had 12 players suited up and all got to play Keith Heber led their scoring with 13 points and Mike Scheuer got 10 Other alums were Jeff Taylor Ashley Fish Gary Alverson Alverson Alverson Al- Al verson Ken Don Henderson Mont Hamblin Carvell Carvell Car- Car vell veil Allen D DeVon Von Blad Dave Cornish Comish and Gary Roylance The Badgers will be away for two games next week They'll play the Weber State College freshmen in Ogden Monday night and tangle with the Brigham Young University frosh in Provo Friday |
