First, an owner does not have to warn you by signs, fences, or gates that you are entering private land. YOU PROCEED Meanwhile stop by our Accessory Shop, for all late Summer Sport needs. You are subject to arrest and fine for trespassing the moment you step on private ground, even though there is nothing to indicate that it is one leaf different from government land on which you may have been traveling. If the owner has his land posted No Hunting or Fishing etc., the moment you enter his land you are subject not only to arrest and fine for trespassing, but you will, in addition, lose your hunting and fishing privileges and may not be licensed in Utah for one year following conviction No Hunting or And remember Ignorance of the law is no excuse. The landowner will turn a deaf ear if you try to tell him you didnt know you were on private ground and just made an innocent mistake. Mr. Stein possesses an pressive list of credentials relating to his background in Merrial Street Park City Marshal imad- vertising. Among other positions held, he has served as retail sales manager for KABC Radio in Los Angeles, California; was instrumental in developing new business in advertising for Esquire Magazine; and was directly involved in the planning and marketing of the International Edition of the New York Times. Mr. Stein is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has served on active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps.
