Improvement of the first 154 acres of the three year old park, owned by Upland Industries, a subsidiary of Union Pacific Railroad, is nearly finished. Huish Distributing Co., Won-Doo- r Corp. of Utah, C&l Development Partnership, Safeway Stores, Inc., and Paper Craft Supply Co. are all building new facilities in the first phase of the project.
