In Construction, Inc. of Midvale has begun work on the $125,000 Fort Douglas V.A. Hospital Credit Union. Cori office The 23,000 square-foo- t building is located on hospital grounds at 500 Foothill Boulevard, and was designed by Don David Johnson. The ' pre-ca- st I,: Marriott Restaurant at Salt Lake International Airport has begun a $200,000 remodeling project to renovate its restaurant, kitchen and lounge. Utah Construction and Development expects to finish remodeling the restaurant by July 7, and begin work on the kitchen. The cocktail lounge is scheduled for work in August. ; if If f; i 5. f The Kier Corp. is expected to break ground this month at the $525,000 Westside Senior Citizen's Center at 900 So. and 900 West. The single-stor- y complex, designed by Scott, Louie and Browning, Assoc., features a room, lounge and auditorium with stage. Financed through Housing and Urban multi-purpo- se Development, the 15,500 square foot center is expected to open in seven months. Charter Development Corp. has begun work on an 8.000 store at 205 W. square-foo- t 400 So. for lease to the State Liquor Commission in Sepcony tember.
