Lb. 98c . ward win pre youth organizations sent a carnival and hobby night June 29. The carnival is part of the finance drive being undertaken by the ward. The hobby section of the program is being sponsored by the Laurel Class of the ward as part of their service program. The class is seeking displays from anyone who has a hobby. The carnival will include botths from each of the classes in MIA, the priesthood auorirms and the older class es in Primary. A short program is also scheduled. He was bom Dec. 27, 1905 in Preston and lived In Preston until 1950. Survivors include his wife Julie and one son, Terry DeVere of Dutch John, Utah, and three grandchildren. He was retired at the time of his death.
