Show t' ) Harvey and Kargis wedding held Miss Jeanie Harvey and George Lee Kargis were married Oct 13 in Duchesne with Bishop Larry D. Rhodes officiating in the single ring ceremony. The rites were held in the Duchesne Elementary school library in the presence of family members and close friends. A color scheme of red and white was carried out in the backdrop with arrangements of fall flowers at either side. Parents of the young couple are Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Harvey of Blanding and George K. Kargis of Tooele. The newlyweds were honored at an open house following the wedding. This was held in the ballroom at the schooL Arrangements of fall flowers set the decor for the open house. For her wedding and open house the bride wore a gown of bridal satin with overlay of silk organza and reembroidered lace with appliqued flowers on the skirt and around the hemline. The full sleeves d featured a gathered cuff with a ruffle at the wrist. The young couple honeymooned in San Francisco, Calif., and are making their home in Duchesne.
