(1) housing rehabilitation loan program, administered by the Davis County Housing Authority, $200,000; (2) expansion of existing facility, Davis Family Support Center, $250,000. (3) preliminary work to build shelter, Davis Citizens Against Violence, $144,430. (4) homeless shelter operation, administered by Travelers Aid Society, $10,000. (5) construction of a retention basin in Mutton Hollow region, $200,000. Comments will be taken on project scope, implementation, and its effects on residents. WHEREAS, Kaysville City has annexed 4.68 acres of property; and WHEREAS, said property is therefore subject to the provisions of the Kaysville Zoning Ordinance: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF KAYSVILLE CITY: 1. The Official Zoning Map is amended to include the annexed area as shown on the attached zoned R-map wliich is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be part of this Ordinance. 2.
