To inform you of the many elements that this, the 1993 Holiday Storm holds, this article was written so dont say we didnt warn you. This week brings parent teacher conferences on Nov. 16 and 17 from 7 p.m. Teachers encourage 4-- MJH parents to get involved with their students progress and this is one of the best ways to do so. So Come one, come all. This week also brings another assembly the Freedom Assembly. On Friday Viewmont will be hosting a few prison inmates who will share their views on freedom and what it means to them. Its destined to be interesting. Here are some future facts of the 1993 Holiday storm. Included in this storm is the VHS Choir Tabernacle Performance at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 26, the Christmas Assembly on Friday, Dec. 3, the Christmas Dance on Saturday, Dec. 4, and several various basketball games, swimming to participate meets and stomps. If you are a girl who hasnt asked out to the Christmas Dance yet, please ease the poor boys sufferings and do so there is still plenty of time. Every year Viewmont High School helps needy children from the Guadalupe Center receive gifts from Santa that their parents cannot afford. At the beginning of this December, each first period class will begin to collect donations from our student body. These donations will go towards giving these children the best Christmas possible. Please participate in this act of ser- vice, and you too can help this world become a bit more happier.
