A student at Roy High School she will graduate in 1988. Her plans are to attend a college of her choice and major in cosmetology. Josee Thorsted is the daughter of Scott and Peggy Thorsted of 4484 S. 1600 W., Roy. She has had training in ballet and will perform a Spanish ballet on Pointe as her talent in the talent competition. Josee graduated from Roy High School this year. She has taken jazz, tap, and ballet for 15 years, drama for three years, and has participated in several musicals and school plays. She has received honors in both state and national cheerleading and for drama. She was Weber County Junior Miss for both 1986-8- 7 and is the current second attendant to Miss Roy 1987. A luncheon at the Elks Lodge will follow, under the direction of Ladies of the Elks. Mike Carver will be master of ceremonies that night. Pageant director is Doris McClelland. Entertainment will be provided by Carver and his daughter Jeni, the current Miss Roy Amy Adams and former Miss Roys. Cami has had training in Hawaiian dance for 10 years. She has won many trophies and awards. She plays the organ, and has been in many church plays.
