Kern, nationally known lecturer on education, parenting, and human relations, will be the guest speaker at the Symposium. This educational program is sponsored by Utah State University Extension Service. It will be held Saturday, Feb. 28, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Davis High School auditorium.
