Whitesides, died Sunday, Sept. 28, 1986 at his home of a heart attack. : He was born Oct. 5, 1916, in Layton, a son of Leonard Spencer and Josie Juanita Webster Flint. ! He married Fern Colemere on June 29, 1937, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They were later divorced. He married Verda Elizabeth Price on Aug. 3, 1942, In Idaho Falls, Idaho. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple Feb. 21, 1947. She died Sept. 20, 1986. He was a member of the Layton 12th LDS Ward. He was reared and educated in Davis County and graduated from Davis Jtigh School. He was a cattleman and sheepman land was a farmer. He had worked at Hill Air Force Base for many years before retiring. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. James (Yvonne) McCabe, Minn.; Mrs. Bichard (Lucille) Lisenbee, Salt Lake City; nine grandchildren and 29 great; ; grandchildren. . Also surviving are five brothers and two sisters, Mrs. Don (Faye) Weaver, Mrs. Adrian (Lucille) Cox, Paul W. Flint and L. Jay Flint, all of Layton; Glen W. Flint, West Point; Allen J. Shirley Ann Rond Knighton, 65, formerly of Ogden, died Monday, Sept. 29, 1986, in Corvallis, Ore. of cancer. She was born Nov. t, 1920, in East Ely, Nev., a daughter of Carl C. Rond and Jennie (Janna) Hage Dalebout. She married William H. Knighton June 12, 1946, in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. She moved to Ogden as a child and later moved to South Ogden and then to Roy. She had resided in Oregon for the past two years. She was educated in Ogden and graduated from the Ogden Business School. She was a member of the LDS Church and worked as a Sunday School teacher, a Primary teacher, and a Relief Society visiting teacher. During and after World War II, she worked at the Civil Service Commission and later retired from Hill Air Force Base as a production controller clerk. She was a member of the Business Women's Sorority and served as a hostess with the U.S.O. Surviving are her husband of Newport, Oregon, two daughters, Rhonda Ann Knighton, Newport, Oregon; Mrs. Edwin (Carla) Petersen, Pleasant View; one son, William R. Knighton, Salt Lake City; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers. Galloway Thelma Dugdale ROY Thelma Dugdale Wallace, 68, of 5405 S. 2300 W., Roy, died Saturday, Sept. 27, at St Benedict's Hospital of cancer. . She was born Feb. 16. 1918, in Provo, a daughter of Edmond Moroni and Florence Morgan Dugdale. She married Elmer Wallace on April 18, 1940, in Helper. She was a member of the LDS Church. Her hobbies included fishing, hunting and playing pool. She had lived in Utah all of her life except for the 10 years she spent in Washington. Surviving are her husband of Roy, four daughters, Mrs. John F. (Jean) Worth, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Leonard S. He was born Nov. 23, 1895, in Alta, Wyoming, a son of George Elsworth and Catherine Wilson Goodrick. He married Clara Swenson on July 6, 1917, in Driggs, Idaho.
