has been initiated where every road in Millard County all 3000 miles have been surveyed amount bus commuter etc no of construction etc right of FACT: Utilization of Road Dept for related projects without reimbursement to the Road Fund has been curtailed FACT: Special Favors ie pet projects for private parties have all but been eliminated FACT: Two mills of taxes were dedicated to one person has opposed this to the Commission) FACT: The emphasis on road improvement is now on long term repair rather than expensive short term fixes FACT: Equipment has been added to the road dept which greatly increases capacity ie pups behind trucks FACT: More roads are being widened and built up with a good base than ever before FACT: More than twice as much gravel is being moved than ever before FACT: As oil prices dropped in 1986 the largest road improvement project in the history of Millard County Miles & miles of chip was undertaken paving was completed on roads ie llotlen Maple Grose UB Lake Oak City Canyon McCormack to Oak City Sutherland Abraham Delta & Fillmore areas END RESULT: Almost three limes as much for your money FACT: This was accomplished with the dedicated efforts of an
