second-degrefelony The incident occurred Jan 1 III Julia Hazel and her brother Troy Sidwell both charged with murder in the stabbing death of Ms Hazel's husband Larry Hazel in the couple's Spanish Fork home were given a preliminary hearing date of April 15 then set free on their recognizance Fourth Circuit Judge John C Backlund approved the release Monday after Deputy Utah County Attorney Phil company CFS Financial Corp He was cleared of all charges some of which he says were based on published diary excerpts He also says negative publicity was partly responsible for his company's failure in the first place Former Salt Lake City Det Jim Bell is scheduled to testify when the trial resumes this morning Former Salt Lake businessman Gary Sheets wants more than $1 million from Salt Lake County because he says its investigators gave a copy of his dead wife's diary to a reporter "The county has caused Mr Sheets depression humiliation and financial loss" said attorney Mark Linebaugh
