The Bengals have won eight state titles in years past, four for the boys and four for the girls. And this year will be no different. Todd is defending state champion in three events, the individual medley, the breaststroke and along with teammates Derek Butters, Matt Dimmock and Albert Vicario in the medley relay. Through his accomplishments he has earned honors. This year it appears he is once again one of the elite swimmers in the state. Thus far he has clocked top times in several events. The senior is first in the breaststroke, with the time of 1:01.82; d second in the individual medley, at 2:02.76; and fourth in the freestyle, at 5:05.32. The tournament, which features alumni of Murray High School, is scheduled for Feb. 14 through March 1st. The deadline for registration is Feb. 14.
