Show XOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, May 1. 1918. Notice is hereby given that George w". Mortensen and Arthur M. Ander-n, Ander-n, whose post-office adress is Emery, Itah, have made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915 to appropriate four and six-tenths six-tenths (4.6 second-feet of water from Ivy Creek, in Emery County. Said water will be diverted at a point 3200 ft. west and 1476 ft. north from the southwest corner of Section 13, Township Town-ship 23 South, Range 6 East, Salt Lake Case and Meridian, and conveyed convey-ed by means of a ditch for a distance "f 4'jOO ft. and there used from April 1 to October 15, inclusive, of each year to irrigate 320 acres of land embraced in he W 'and SESWVi,. W and KEViSE of Sec. 13; and NSE4 of ;.i4, township and range aforesaid. This application is designated in the state Engineer's office as No. 7639. i All protests against the granting of 'aid application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of 52-50, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
