Show NOTICE TO WATKH VSKKS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, July 10, 1918. Notice is hereby given that R. Brasher, whose post-office address is Huntington. Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah. 1 909. 1 91 1, and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate two (2) second-feet of water from Wilcock Wash In Emery County. Said water will be diverted at a point south 63 degrees 10 minutes east 2951.6 ft. from the northwest corner of Section 32, Township 17 South. Range 9 East. Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for n distance of 10.000 ft. and there used from April 1 to October 1 of each year to irrigate 2 SO acres of land embraced in the S NW '4 and NWI4SW.4 of Sec. 4, and the E'4EH of Sec. 5, Township 18 South, Range 9 East. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7726. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons Lherefor, must be r.ride by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
