Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE I SALT LAKE CITY. UTAH, March 25. 1911 I NOTICE is h'irehy given that A. D. VanWagonen. whose post office address isSunny.side.Utah.ha8 made application in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 191)7, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909. to appropriate one-half Ci) of a cubic-foot per second sec-ond of water from two springs in Emery County, Utah. Spring No. 1 is situated at a point which bears north 25 detrrees 51 minutes east 11.466.6 feet from a point on a prominent ledge of rock cut with the initials D. V., which ledge is near the head, and on the south side of Cove Wash. Spring No. 2 is situated at a point which bears north 24 degrees 50 minutes east 12.098.2 feet from the point above described. The water will be diverted at the place where it issues from said springs and conveyed by means of a flume and pipe line for a distance of 30 feet and there used during the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, for stock watering purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 3355 All protests against the granting of said application, appli-cation, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office within with-in thirty(30) days after the completion of the publication pub-lication of this notice.
