The Republicans held one here Saturday just at the moment when, t'he Kennedy r Ad-- ' ministration was in trouble for the first- time, but it was the same old story by the same old cast of characters. - - .When the Democrats were in the opposition, they had --the . same trouble developing a coherent' policy with divided leadership, and fell back, as the i Republicans did Saturday, on the same old cliches about the rascals in power and the glorious victory oh the horizon. FORMER PRESIDENT Dwight D. Eisenhower was the host at his farm Saturday and opened the meeting by recommending that his colleagues read an article entitled NEWS V.V J wuJi wW Women's 'VX. ' . What is surprising about tills is that Mr. Eisenhower himself is the living symbol of a winning Republican style. He is now talking like a Hoover conservative, but that was not the way he won the Republican nomination in 1952 and finally reign of the Demoput an end to the crats. He was the darting of the Republican liberals when he returned from Europe 10 years ago Saturday. He was fighting for the nomination against the Me Sen, Robert A.
