Show SOUTHERN UTAH NEWS Sports . Cowboys win one, lose doubleheader By Kyle Brunner Last Tuesday, the Kanab Cowboy baseball team hosted the Wolves of Enterprise. The team ended strong with a solid sixth inning to pull out the victory. Enterprise opened their half ofthe first inning one run, thanks to two Cowboy errors. Kanab s half of the inning did not go quite so smoothly. Josh Blasdell went the distance on the mound for Kanab, holding Enterprise to just five hits in seven innings of pitching. On Friday, April 14, the Kanab squad traveled to Monroe to take the field against the South Sevier Rams. The Cowboys started off well in the first game, but came up short. Josh Blasdell led off, lacing a single to left. After a c.ouple of stolen bases Josh found himself at third base. With one out Sam Noel hit a sacrifice ground out to second base.
