Starting time for the meeting w ill be 9:30 a.m. in the District Office, 1579 North Main, Cedar City, Utah. Agenda items include a report on recommendations from the last meeting, discussions on geothermal development, MX, wild horses and the new Bureau planning system. The Council writes plans for the State regarding the handicapped and introduces legislation that will benefit the handicapped. Mrs. Behle said that so far this year the Council has seen the passage of a bill to have group homes allowed in all neighborhoods except l and has supported a bill funding education for the severely multiple handicapped. Behle is the president of the Washington County Association of Retarded Citizens and has served as a board member for the legal center for the handicapped.
