Mrs. Moffat was born Aug 31, 1889 in Almy, Wyo., a daughter of Willard and Ada Clark Brown. On Dec. 23, 1909, she was married to James T. Moffat in Afton, Wyo. They later received endowments in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Dec. 16, 1969. She was an active member of the LDS Church and was a member of the Roy 4th Ward. She was reared and educated in Afton, Wyo. She lived in Afton, Wyo., after her marriage and came to Ogden in 1942. She had worked at Hill Air Force Base.
