A HUMANE OFFICER NEEDED just why u humane officer has not been provided tor for brigham city has never been quite clear tor for the need certainly exists it the sporadic cases that come to light where dumb animals have been mistreated that especially pec ally lally need attention at the hand ot of an authorized officer but dally daily there are conditions arising in which an animal has to submit to torture and mistreatment simply because the human animal into whose care it has been entrusted falls fails to recognize the rights of his dumb contemporary to receive decent treatment at least we suggest that a humane officer be provided
